I found this drawing at a local Thrift Shop and did a quick search online for the name to no avail. The following day I went to purchase it because it's well drawn. I took it out of the frame to clean the glass and it is indeed chalk. I currently have it in my bathroom.
The signature looks like Gala H or Gala K. The inside of the frame has the name Gitlin. I'm guessing the framer wrote the name on it to know which picture it belong to.
dont think the bathroom is the best place for it due to the steam and chalk dont work to well togeather...just my thoughts ... nice find,,,
