Unless you know who wove the rug, there is really no way of knowing which part of the Navajo Reservation this is from.
It's a common misconception that Navajo rugs fall into a certain regional style or pattern. While there was a time when a trading post manager influenced the style he wanted local weavers to follow (and that style became associated with the name of the trading post or region) the majority of Navajo rugs are classified simply as a "general rug."
In H.L. James' book "Rugs & Posts," he says "The distinction of the general rug is that it does not possess sufficient characteristics to warrant recognition as a regional style rug or a specialty rug."
As to this one, you can eliminate some styles (Chinle, Two Grey Hills, Ganado, Wide Ruins, for example) and say that it does have some of the characteristics of Teec Nos Pos, but I don't think it can be positively identified as to where it was made, nor should it make any difference.
