Set up 8 drinking glasses -- excellent condition -- Yera ?

Can anyone help me identify these glasses. The name "Yera" is etched on the bottom of each glass and each glass has a different number on it 16? 34? 95? Each glass also has a marking that looks like U with a dash over the top and the number 21 beside it. Are these more modern or MCM era. Helpppppppp :)
