Left to right #2031 Black Capped Chickadee, #2032 Purple Finch on a Notaway Branch, #2030 Male Goldfinch on a Branch. All 6"x6" framed with 4" hole in mat. These are each dated about 2-3 weeks apart so it may have taken about that long to complete each watercolor. I haven't had them out of the frame so not sure of the size of the works. Very detailed, though. When I have a chance, I will research the artist and post my findings on my art collection web site on the Other Artists page. They were each $2.99 but I got a 25% veterans discount.

Nice find!
Beautiful bird paintings, nicely matted & framed - I love the chickadee
Thanks for the loves and comments folks! There are numerous articles about Sholund and this youtube video:

He has physical limitations the explain why it takes so long for him to complete a painting. I'm sure it takes him longer, now, than in 1991 as his disease continues to progress.
Thanks for the loves ho2cultcha, aura, valention97, AdeleC, TassieDevil, Newfld, fortapache, Windwalker and Mrstyndall. Thanks for the linke Mrstyndall!
These are lovely. They'd make a nice little triptych hanging on a wall :)
Thanks for the loves guys and the comment Laura. The only space I have for these is between two door frames which are just a bit further apart than the size of the frames, so I'll hang them vertically in that space, if I decide to hang them.
