I am not sure if this is authentic. It appears to have leather or some other material used for the SS letters. Would appreciate any help.

I didn't think it was the proper formation of the SS letters. You can turn the little loop in the back and the black material moves around! I purchased it from a flea market and it was in a group of German medals, but I had my doubts. I don't want to display it with my militaria until I know what it is for sure ! Thanks for helping !
