Antique Tea Cup

I found this cup this morning, (no saucer) but it looked interesting and has some age to it. I think the shape could be called the Royal Flute shape and it has small floral design , in pale blue, and is quite smudged in places. It also has gilt squiggles painted on it, which look a bit odd! It has a creamy colour background and no marks on the base. Could date to the 1830's? It's strange because the cup looks a different shape upside down.
