vintagelamp
(1101 items)
Early 20th century original medical three-tier mobile hospital operating room work stand. The stand contains, what appears to be, the original white enameled finish found on medical cabinetry and furniture of this time period. The original swivel casters are present. The removable thick plate glass shelves show years of usage. I have seen these sale for over $500 on line but snatched this up at a local antique/junk store. Please see similar table to the right in the "Modern Operating Room" (photo #3).
Nice find, amazing that glass still intact
Newfld, Thank you! I was lucky to find it.
This is so amazing vintagelamp!!!
jscott, Thank you!
WOWWOW vintagelamp -- not only is that a SUPER COOL piece, but I *TOTALLY* love that "modern operating room" picture!!! Where did that come from, if I may ask?
I have the small round stool in the foreground of that pic (which seems to confirm my suspicion that it had a 'medical' origin -- THANKS SO MUCH!! <applause>)

Also (maybe) the glass funnel portion of the <ahem> 'irrigation device' hanging on its stand in the background??!!!
