Here's a few more from the 'not daily usage' dishes cabinet. Picked up at some or other junk store years ago and held onto ever since, probably because I simply like their sorta 'Fiesta-ware ISH' style and color, but they're not Fiesta at all. A little looking around earlier today discovered this website:
http://luraypastels.com/luray-pastels.php
which seems to rather definitively show they were made by the TAYLOR, SMITH, and TAYLOR CO. of West Virginia -- and explains that the date stamps on their undersides indicate these particular plates were all made in various months, 1948/9.
The two 10" dinner plates are in their "Windsor Blue" color as is one of the three 6-1/4" side plates, the other two of those are in the "Sharon Pink" and "Surf Green" colors. They aren't now 'pristine examples', showing some surface wear and small chips to the edges of a couple.
