Here is a blue Plate that I believe is made is Germany but I am not sure
The plate measures 11 inches
The plate does not have a hallmark
If anyone have any information on this plate can you please share with me and thanks in advance.

Very pretty!
It's a decorative hanging wall plate or charger, see the two holes on the foot rim. Beautifully decorated, seems to be very fresh and not in use much. Hard to say who, where and when. :-)
