This was from the earlier part of the 1989-1991 Grateful Dead 25th Anniversary Tour with the cities featured on the flag. These were limited edition runs that were handed out to fly on poles or in doorways, etc. Few survive and rarely are signed -- this one was signed as a charitable donation to a high school auction in fall 1989. Proceeds went to fund the scholastic and school supplies programs.
