This Jar originally held Nash's Mustard and was sold by Nash-Underwood Inc. of Chicago. The Mustard jar held 8 1/2 ounces of Mustard. This jar measures 4 1/2" high with a diameter of 3" at the widest point. After the Mustard was gone you could remove the inner liner of the lid and you had a Bank for keeping your change. They called this bank the JOLLY JOE BANK and it depict the character of a Black African American Man. This bank was made around the 1930s.
