This is almost certainly a fantasy piece. When evilbay refused to sell items with "offensive" symbols, the Polish & other ex-eastern Euro cottage industries started pumping out this "original WWII" merde. I entertain myself on slow nites by clk'n on "Nazi" pocket watches with the inside details of the works,- in English. "Swiss" instead of Suisse, "anti-magnetic", "water proof", "shock resistant" etc.. They get away with it & idiots bid 100 times what a $5 watch is worth.
I agree with bb2. The same can be said about pocket knives. There are only two or three legitimate nazi folding knife patterns. 99.99% you see were made in the 1970s. In fact, If a maker HAD made that schlock for the Reich he would have been shot.
This knife could also have come from Mexico. They are big on the aluminum-handled bad-ass-biker, scull, and similar themed, knives. This one was probably sold as a boot knife. 1960s - 1990s. About $15.
Agree with others-- modern decorator piece with little value.
