I found these duck stamp prints and have no idea which direction to go in.

I found these wonderful prints that appear to be photo copies of the winning duck stamp contest entries of the winning designs. On the back of the prints they are labeled as property of the wildlife conservation "for loan only". I compared these prints to original design winners and there appears to be some differences. Can anyone help me out
