A single item in my collection of things I especially love, but I don't know what kind of glass it is?

I've thought this is carnival glass of some type but lately I've been thinking that it is something else because just haven't seen anything quite like it. Glassware is such a broad area and I admit my knowledge is limited. I thought I'd share it's beauty and hopefully get some feedback. It's precious to me as it belonged to a favorite cousin. A hint-there's a 717 written in gold on the bottom.

Fenton introduced their cannonball pitcher around 1910 with various enameled décor on carnival glass, and also made matching tumblers. Yours has the lotus décor on marigold carnival glass. Northwood also made an almost identical pitcher; the difference is Fenton has 2 mold lines and Northwood has 4, tho' depending on how well the glass was finished it may be difficult to discern the mold lines.
