    This box appears to be molded and built by hand and i think it's at least 60-70 yrs old [although these kind of ceramics can be impossible to date with any surety]. I think it's Mexican or Guatemalan. Interesting Aztec/Maya theme to it. Really my style! What do you think?

      Interesting image with nice green glaze, this would make a super planter

      Thanks Newfld! i don't think it would hold up as a planter. plus it's REALLY small - like 3.5 " x 3".

      i guess it is Olmec. It's early 20th c from Oaxaca, i think.
