Look what we found! Went with 150W LED and adapter( the old incandescent works, but yikes it burns energy) and replaced the fluoro tube with a new one. I replaced the cord, checked the internal wiring and tightened the shaft and base. It really puts out some light! My wife wants to get it re-plated, I like the patina as is. Making a new 2" ribbon shade with piping on top and bottom like it was original.
