Large Bride's bank. Measures approximately 15 inches tall by 8 inches wide. One of the largest banks in have found. This style vase originated in early Victorian times and were placed in the center of a table where guests of the bride and groom would stuff the crown full of money, congratulatory notes, and other small gifts for the newly married couple. The centerpiece would then go home with the bride and would be used for displaying floral arrangements. The bank is in excellent condition with a pontal on bottom.
