My Mom's Antique Lamp

I am wondering if someone could tell me something about this lamp. My Mom bought it probably 50 years ago and at the time she was told it was an antique gas lamp. It has been "electrified" as they put it. Other than that, I have no idea if the information is correct. I know it's at least 50 years old because we've had it that long if what they told us originally was correct. I think they said it originally came from an old hotel in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Just sort of interested in it's worth. If it should be added to our Living Trust or at least noted there in case my husband and I weren't around and the property and furnishings should be sold at a (hopefully) much later date and added to the funds in the Trust.
Any insight into what this lamp actually is and if there is value to it.
