Art Pottery Picasso Style Signed Unusual Glaze

Unusual style of glaze. Very flat and almost like a paint that is old and cracking with style of symbols and brushwork that remond me of Picasso.
Can’t read signature, appears to start with a “y” but possibly a “g”.
Anyone have a clue as to what this type of glaze I should called and what artist this might be? What style is this or any information at all would Ben interesting.
Appears to be a very unusual style of artwork and glaze to me.
