My wife inherited this slot machine. It's been in her family for 3 generations. I'd like to know more about it. I know it is a Mills Black Cherry 10c slot machine from the Mills Novelty Company out of Chicago. I'd like to know the exact year and model of the machine.
Well Chief, Mills Cherry Front of post WWII is about as close as you'll get. Good Luck with retirement and your slot winnings. Anchors Aweigh !
I believe your beautiful old 1940's "One Arm Bandit", is a Mills "Golden Falls Model", as Opposed to the "Black Cherry Model". They were made by a Subsidary Company within Mills from 1940 to 1946. You will need to go inside of it to find "Exact" date info.

"Bell-O-Matic" Division of Mills was what i was looking for as to the actual maker.
