The thing is we really can't make decisions for you. You have to decide for yourself. I have no idea what an item has meant to you, or does mean to you. I have no idea how old you are. Don't you know what styles of furnishings you like and would like to have around you? Most all of what you've showed us is in disrepair, do you want to make it beautiful again? Do you have any furniture of your own?

It is a difficult bullet to bite but I think Gillian pretty well summed it up. The stuff you are posting is in really rough shape. If it has sentimental value that is about what it is worth.
