Looks redessed or bought nude from Germany and dressed in the country that clothes represent Doll is likely German made bisque doll . Look at back of neck and tell me what it is marked ok. Not sure what country the clothes represent but many dolls were made in other countries and sold as International dolls . So a Spanish doll could have been made in Germany ect .

I ADDED PICS OF THE BACK OF THE HEAD
IT'S HARD TO MAKE OUT WHAT IT SAYS, BUT I'LL HAVE A GO....
      94 maybe at the top?
      HERMCI maybe in the middle
R then U with a backslash / then some symbol here, sort of J shaped

IT MAY NOT BE AN 'H' AT THE BEGINNING IN THE MIDDLE
AT THE BOTTOM IT MIGHT BE 11 INSTEAD OF U, BEFORE THE /

I have a few more pictures of the back that may be of help but can't add them.

To hard to read . If you rub a pencil over mark to bring it out . It will not hurt doll and can be washed off :-)

You can go to edit and remove the last 2 and add new ones

      HOPEFULLY THESE PICS WILL HELP?

Still hard to make out but I have narrowed it down to what I believe is a Recknagel made doll Germany . Mold Number 24 Bottom R 11/o A the 11/0 refers to size . The RA to Recknagel and in middle I believe it says Germany . At the end of using the mold so writing not clear but I feel like that is what your doll says and who made it :-)

      Thanks very much.
I'll clean off the back of the head.
Now I just have to work out the country the clothes represent and whether either of the hats (maybe sombreros) actually belong to it.
I have other doll parts posted but no other hats that fit.
Did the pics of the head of the Middle Eastern one help?

There are doll collectors that just collect dolls dressed from around the world and it seems that you bought a collection from someone that choose that area of collecting . This one is solved :-)
