    Not sure of its YEAR or value and haven't seen any like this particular piece on any of the sites, the spring mechanism is broke.

      It's reminiscent of a Circa 1917 New Haven Bingham model but not exact though I would expect it to be of that era maybe.

      Like RRP, I see some similar designs in one of my reference books, but no exact match. Circa 1917 is probably a good educated guess. Regarding value, if you search "sold" listings on eBay using the key words "New Haven Cherub Clock", you'll currently see clocks similar to yours auctioning for somewhere around $50 give or take $20.
