Took a look through the milk glass section and didn't see one of these milk glass Atterbury swimming retriever platters. I've had this one for about 25 years, but don't remember where I got it. I have it sitting high on top of a cabinet to protect it from my cats and forgot to measure it before I put it back up there. Not going to attempt to get it down again. I think it is something like 13" l x 10" w. I don't see these much any more. Maybe no longer desirable? Too old fashioned? I think they were made pre-1900.

It's fantastic, such a different idea for a feature, the swimming dog!

Thanks for the comment, racer4four! I've always loved this one. It used to be compulsory for a milk glass collector to have one of these. I had no choice but to buy one. I did later find on one CW.

Thanks for loving my swimming dog!
