Pair Victorian glass vases with white enamel decoration

From the same shop where recently I found the mystery Czech vase, here are a pair of small Victorian vases made from a single layer of clear blue glass. They measure 17.5 cm tall, 5.5 cm across the crimped top rim, & 4 cm across the base, which have rough, snapped pontil marks.
Both vases feature simple decoration in white enamel.
Most likely Bohemian origin.
