This glass item is one of my favorites, I wish I had the matching tumbler, but no, and after several years I have not come across one either. As far as glass product, there are two possibilities, USA Hobbs & Brockunier who made these draped and heavy lined white glass tableware pieces, some in the amberina class colors, and a few with a cranberry pink graduated to white decor. The other is Bohemia, who did the draped decors as well on decorative vases, usually in one solid color.

Could not be happier - the folks in the Facebook group for Early American Pattern Glass or EAPG had this decor in their database, and within 20 seconds I had my answer. Even more surprising was the selection of tumblers they had, several matching my missing one, to complete the carafe and tumbler set, these are called by many names, and popular since late 19th century made with art glass in both Europe and America based on catalogs. This decor has several combinations of colors, their description for this one is Ruby & Opal White. All their terminology is documented and they wish that to be used instead of your own pov.

The identification is not quite resolved with this pieces, I found another Phoenix jug with the same decor and colors, but so far, the shape and a tumble up set is eluding me.
