Looks like a fantasy piece with a replaced dial.

Save your money-- do some ebay research.

Yes I agree with Scott, old clock with replacement dial. No trademark detail visible, some of the newer dials have a circle R registered symbol below the logo, which is a giveaway. It's a nice decorative piece.
