    Actually, I'm really not sure what kind of birds these are, maybe pheasants or peacocks? They look like an odd mixture of both and seem to be made out of a kind of brass and have no stamps or marks anywhere on them. They were bought during a visit to a local charity shop and cost €10(£11.46/$11.63) which in hindsight maybe a little pricey but.....these were too hard to resist!

      Great bird sculptures! I think male & female peacocks, but you're right also could be pheasants

      Thanks Newfld- I'm inclined to think peacocks too but I'm certain girl peacocks don't have a tail as long as that?
