Looking for more information on these items. When I ask, I get referred to eBay! I want info - approximate age, maker, history, etc, not interested in selling. They are very heavy for their size. The basket has a Murano "sticker". I was told my friend's grandparents brought them from Italy years ago. Any suggestions?

Gorgeous Murano piece & fabulous swirled pink color. For more info, you can try ggl images online by searching Murano basket/candy dish and browse the pix for a similar one, also there are many Murano websites (other CW folks can provide particulars), and I have a couple good reference books by Schiffer, Murano Magic and Italian Glass, you can get used copies on that famous book website. Good luck, Jenni
