OK, so here is one of the many things that I know nothing about, Czech glass. This vase is 6" (15.24cm) high x 6" (15.24cm) wide at the widest point. It is lined with white glass with a thicker layer of colored glass applied (?). In very nice condition except for what looks like a very recent chip to the rim and a fair amount of random scratching wear to the bottom, which makes me think it has some age to it. It was filled with black dirt, so I assume it was used as a planter. The bottom is engraved with the word "Czechoslovakia" so guessing it is Czech made glass? It is really a pretty piece of glass. I paid $4 for it. Can anyone tell me what this is?
You a nice vase made by Kralik, a bohemian glass factory.
Thanks Alan2310! Do you know about how old it is?
I found this web site and am starting to educate myself about this maker.

They are from the Art Deco era 1920-30, extremely good site for research and learn, I still use it all the time
Your vase have originally a flower frog around the rim like this one.

Sometimes they go missing.
I love the color of yours, and you pay a very good price for it.
Thanks for your help!

Great piece, these spatter glass colors are rare, amazing how much Kralik produced for export, this dates 1925-35. Love it!
Thanks for your comment truthordare and for loving my first piece of Bohemian glass!
