Pretty piece of glass called “Madonna of the flowers”. When I first bought this piece, I thought it was made by the Glassmasters Company, which no longer exists. I have previously posted some Glassmasters pieces including a lamp. But I just found out recently that it is not. On the side it says that it is Toronto Stained Glass and is made in Toronto, Canada in 1991. The bottom reads “ Guild memorial window c. 1899, Tiffany glass and decorating company, Arlington St. church, Boston”. This piece is 12x9 inches.
I have not been able to find out much about this company in Toronto. Any info on this company??
Gorgeous Virgin Mary and Child stained glass picture, the flowers around border appear to be dogwoods which have some religious significance I believe
Jenni, thank you so much!
Soo lovely Mrstyndall! Love it :-)
Possibly doubtful, this info, not sure if related to Robert McCausland Limited in Toronto who were doing a lot of glass paintings in Canada in the 1990's.
Phil, thanks for that info!
Thanks for all the loves!
Really, really beautiful!
Betweenthelens, thank you :)
