Antique Monkey Woman table lamp. Picked up at tag sale. Painted cast bronze (?) with heavy marble base. Any one have any information on where it was made and by which company?

Quite an unusual lamp, great tropical decor. I think the monkey is a capuchin, one of the most sociable and easily trained - they used to perform tricks & acrobatics on variety shows, perhaps the dress means the subject was a show monkey or a favorite pet
