This faded mural on a downtown Wilkes-Barré building evokes a sense of sense of nostalgia. This is not easily seen, it is hemmed in by an alley. I am assuming that the building on the alley's other side was built after the building that it is pictured on was.
This is located at 138 S. Main St., Wilkes-Barré, PA.
