Art Nouveau Sash Pin Brooch from the Late 1800, early 1900

Hello Everyone.
Good Evening from Ontario.18-06-2018.
Here is a new comers in my jewelry collection, I found online this Art Nouveau Sash Pin Brooch from the Late 1800, early 1900, i believe the stone in the center is made of glass with foil on the back of it.
Very strong decor with stylist lines, flowers and leafs typical from the Art Nouveau period.
Mark on the back at the top, " H H " if someone has seeing this mark before, the info would be much appreciated.

This Sash Pin is 2.75 inches high by 2.50 inches wide.
