Kutahya Plates

I found these and can't make out the first word on the embossed mark. Can anyone help please? I have searched all over so far but every piece I find either don't show the back or it's not legible.
The individual plate has a legible mark. The colors are consistent with what was used early so I'd like to date these beauties. Two are cracked and the others chipped with lots of crazing in the glaze.
