I remember my grandma putting this in my hair as a child . So it is 50 plus years old . No markings . I only got to wear it to church and she took it off if we went to play in the church yard . Fond memories . Maybe from Germany my mother doesn't know . Needs a cleaning but is very shiny when clean .
