Ertl Production Dates Question

Is it possible to determine the dates of manufacture of Ertl General Lee's(1/64 in my case) by the country it was made in? I have one made in Hong Kong and two made in Taiwan. I would appreciate any info you could offer. I contacted Tomy, but they haven't responded.
