Handarbeit Sudetengau k seems to mean Handwork of Reichsgau Sudetenland? Is that right? Seems that Sudetenland existed from 1939-1945... Anyway about 8 /18" tall x 4 1/4" wide. Guessing for liqueurs or toiletries? Note the matching numbers on the bottoms of the stopper and decanter. Can anyone tell me anything about this, who made, when it was made, etc.? Help?!

I did find similar decanters on German ebay, but no real information about them. More of these are popping up on CW, so I am going to start adding links to them here:

Sudetenland was part of Czechoslovakia. In 1938, that part of Czechoslovakia was awarded to Nazi Germany; March 1939 Nazi Germany invaded Prague, virtually the end of Czechosovakia.
As for the rest I can't help, but it's pretty!

Handarbeit ...handmade; usually for liqueurs, they were popular for a long time across Easter Europe!

Could it be Stoltze? Many of glass factories and jewelry were in that region of Czechoslovakia.

Thanks for the comments Tigra. I don't know enough about Czech glass to even guess if it could be Stoltze!

      Thanks for the loves
