Need Hallmark ID help, please

I am unsure of the maker of this, which makes it hard to determine what it's worth. The first symbol looks like a man's face, the second is a crown, and the third, I'm not sure on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's roughly 15" tall and seems to be highly ornate solid copper. A magnet does not stick to any of it. Thank you all so much!
