Art Deco dinette set by Angelus Furniture Mfg, Los Angeles, CA

If possible, please provide me with some historical data regarding the Angelus Furniture Mfg. Co. of Los Angeles, CA; and any information such as may be available, about the Angelus Dinette Set pictured, above.

I have always referred to the dinette set as being Art Deco style, however, I did not know if that is the correct description of this set.

I would like to learn the manufacture date of the dinette; its model name and style number; and the name of the designer and biographical data regarding the designer, if any of this information is known.

I have never known anyone who has ever heard of Angelus Furniture Mfg. Co., or who has ever seen or owned a set like this, or any other product manufactured by Angelus.

It has proven to be quite difficult, to locate historical data about this company, about its product lines, its number of years in service.

The story behind my dinette set remains a complete mystery to me, and I would like very much to know more about it.
