Johannes Brahms Pottery, California 1945-1956

Johannes Brahms Pottery was a Southern California pottery located in the Reseda area of Los Angeles from 1945-1956. They made giftware and artware pottery. This is a trinket box 4 5/8" long x 3 7/8" wide x 3 5/8" tall. It appears to be mint. I paid a dollar for it at a Habitat for Humanity Restore. It has been there since I started going there in February. Today was the first time that I noticed there was a faint maker's mark on the bottom. You have to hold it in just the right light at just the right angle to see it.
