    These are toothpick holders from the 1890's. This is the most beautiful blue to me. I actually got them for free due to a few minor chips. They are approximately 2.5" by 2.5".

      Well...I've got an update on the maker, purpose, and year of these pieces.
      To my surprise it's not Fenton at all.
      These were made by Bryce Higbee :&Co in the 1890's. They are called "Our Toothpick". I'm loving them even more..

      glad you were able to find the ID on the original maker and OMN. Also known as 'Banded Barrel' and made by New Martinsville c1919.
