"Happy Fourth Again" July 4, 2019 again on July 4, 2021

Since most of the country has already started celebrating the 4th of July, I thought I would start here by posting my July 4, 1776 commemorative pocket watch.
Manufactured by Westclox, 1974 Bradley Time Division
The dial has the Declaration of Independence printed on it in very miniature font.
    This is a commemorative series 1776 - 1976, registered edition no. E 12417

Have a safe & enjoyable 4th of July if you are celebrating,
    Dave

BB2, I had to go dig it out of the vault & look at it with a stronger magnifier.
You are probably correct that it is, John Hancock, as it seems to resemble the one noted here: https://www.landofthebrave.info/signature-of-john-hancock.htm
As far as being able to read anything else, I can not.
