    Wade Hoefer who is as a very talented artist hand painted these award plates in the 1980’s.These have the name of a bank on each one that bought the plate that was given as an award in different categories by the American Hibiscus Society..These are nicer with a higher quality of hand painting than the Pickard Limoges plates I have.The gold borders are perfectly straight and nothing is bleeding over.One of these was presented for the 1984 Norman Reasoner award.

      I agree, the artist who painted these really knew the hibiscus flower, this is my fave flower - the yellow one is Hawaii's State flower. Gorgeous post
