old coca cola fluorescent light sign

I have this lighted fluorescent Coca Cola sign hanging in my garage and am curious how old it might be and if it has value other than looking nice on the wall. I acquired it in 1972 from an individual who had it for some time. He had worked as a handyman at a business in a tourist town. He pulled it out of the business's warehouse where it had been placed and sat after having hung for some time in the business's arcade, roller rink, miniature golf, or pool house.
