OLD Meriden Quadruple Plate Tray??? Markings on Bottom. Rough But Interesting. How old Really???

Found this on the property of the one room schoolhouse, at that ricket old barn. Unknown exact age. Maybe Late 1800's Guessing, Cool Markings on bottom, MERIDEN BRITANNY (Quadruple). the numbers 308 and 11 up under. Nice design on the edges and look's as though they were on the inside Bottom. Appears to show a print their but worn. This piece measures about 11" in diam. weight is 1lb 6 oz. thanks for any direction in dating this piece of History.
