I removed these from a leather belt that I think belonged to a GGG grandfather. I am not sure if this is a collection or if they belonged to him.

All the badges would have been arranged on a leather belt called a "hate belt". Most of those badges likely aren't owned by him, if he was in the war he may have gathered some souvenirs of comrades, etc. Most of the badges there are British, I am not sure what some of the others are. A great lot you got there.

Mostly British regimental badges, wide variety, cannot belong to a single person but collected. They were meant to be on the belt. Never alter an antique item.

Thank you all. Where would a person sell these?

Sounds like a "hate belt" that you dismantled. The belts were souvenir pieces during the great war and often included insignia from both friend and foe.

If at all possible, I would try and put these back in the correct spots on the belt.

Souvenir belts are significantly more desirable than the loose insignia.
