These are really fine porcelain items, I believe they are blanks produced as the same time, early 20th century and have two different types of hand painted decorations, an Art Nouveau floral bouquet, and an Art deco silver geometric design on an airbrushed orange and almond colored enamel background.
I am including another one, with a black Art Deco style, sold on Etsy: https://i.etsystatic.com/12473966/r/il/e5ffcd/1069518832/il_570xN.1069518832_2yo5.jpg
These were made in several sizes, some larger ones to serve beer or juice, and the smaller individual portions. Great for a giant cup of coffee at 6 inches high.
More info about Willets:
"Willets Manufacturing Company of Trenton, New Jersey, began work in 1879. The company made belleek in the late 1880s and 1890s in shapes similar to those used by the Irish Belleek factory. They stopped working about 1912. The New Jersey China Pottery Co. continued the Willets belleek line until 1914. A variety of marks were used, all including the name Willets. "
Lovely painting on the flower mug, and they are a very stylish shape.
I can see the quality of fine porcelain here.
