I just acquired this parking meter.
    Duncan brand, Duplex.
Does anyone know the model number?
When it was built and/or used?
    Value?

They are Duncan "Model 70" meters, likely 1970's. They are still commonly found either in service or available for sale, check eBay (etc) for all that. The 'stars and stripes' paint on their tops is rather unique, especially if that is something surviving from their former civic duty...? (instead of something added later, by an "artist"...?)

Thank you for the information. That is helpful,
I wasn't sure because I have never seen meters like this with a rounded bottom.
      Usually they are flat.
      Anyone know anything about that?
