The opening in the center is 4" across.
It's a rare Leprechaun's potty chair. What you're missing is the pot o' gold.
Isn't that the way it always goes? The pot o' gold always seems to be missing.

Thank you for the suggestions to it purpose.
I may be a stand for a tub/pot/bucket/part of a press, which had a hole in the bottom for drainage - such as for cheese making or some similar activity.
